Important – Product Compatibility
Tuck Me Under® duvet covers are designed specifically for use with Tuck Me Under duvets.
Standard duvets may not fit correctly within our shaped duvet covers. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party duvets.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are using a compatible duvet.
1. Overview
This website is operated by Tuck Me Under. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Bespoke Products
The majority of our products are made to order, based on the details you provide, including:
- Make
- Model
- Year
As such:
- Products are custom-made specifically for your order
- Items cannot be resold once produced
- Minor variations may occur due to the bespoke manufacturing process
3. Product Descriptions & Expectations
We take care to ensure all products are described as accurately as possible.
Products are considered compliant if they are materially consistent with the description provided.
Differences in personal expectation — including thickness, softness, fit, or feel — do not constitute a fault or misdescription.
4. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You have reviewed the product description in full
- You understand the intended use of the product
- You have ensured compatibility with your existing items where applicable
We manufacture strictly based on the details provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be amended.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
7. Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase
- After 48 hours, cancellation is not possible as materials and production planning will have commenced
If cancelled within 48 hours:
- A 5% transaction fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing costs
8. Delivery
All products are made to order and require a production period (typically 4–5 weeks).
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Incorrect delivery details
- Circumstances outside our control
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
In summary:
- Bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
- Returns must be authorised and received before any refund is processed
10. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence may be required
We will assess and resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights.
11. Acceptance of Goods
Use of the product constitutes acceptance that the item is as described and suitable for its intended purpose.
12. Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuck Me Under shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, remains the property of Tuck Me Under and may not be used without permission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
