Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will always act fairly and reasonably.

Because the majority of our products are made to order, our returns policy differs from standard off-the-shelf retailers.


Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All bedding is made specifically for your make, model and year of caravan or motorhome.

As such:

  • Items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
  • Each product is manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be resold

When a Return May Be Accepted

We will accept a return or offer a resolution if your item meets one of the following conditions:

1. The Item Does Not Fit (Measurement Issue)

  • The product must not fit according to the measurements provided or agreed
  • The mattress depth must be 15cm or less, unless otherwise confirmed in writing
  • Photographic evidence must be provided

Issues relating to preference, feel, or how the product sits are not considered fitting faults.


2. The Item Is Damaged

  • Damage must be reported immediately upon opening
  • Photographic evidence must be provided

👉 Please note:
Minor variations or imperfections in printed materials are outside our control and are not considered faults unless the fabric itself is defective.


3. The Item Is Incorrect

  • The item must differ from what was ordered

👉 Please note:
We manufacture strictly in line with the order placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to check order details in the confirmation email.


Product Expectations

We describe all products as accurately as possible.

  • Mattress protectors are designed for protection and hygiene
  • They are not intended to add significant thickness or cushioning

Differences in personal expectation (including thickness, softness, or feel) do not constitute a fault or misdescription.


Return Process

  • You must contact us at enquiries@tuckmeunder.co.uk before returning any item
  • Returns must be authorised in advance
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

👉 Returns must be received and inspected before any refund or replacement can be approved.

We cannot assess or process refunds for items that have not been physically returned.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for items over £100

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase
  • After 48 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as materials and production planning will have commenced

If cancelled within 48 hours:

  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing costs

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied
