At Tuck Me Under Bedding, we are dedicated to providing exceptional quality and comfort in every product we offer. To give you confidence in your purchase, we proudly offer a 7-year guarantee on our bedding products, excluding duvets, to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Under normal conditions of use, our guarantee covers any manufacturing defects in our bedding products, excluding duvets. This includes issues related to fabric quality, stitching, button holes, and weaving. If a defect arises due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Duvets: For hygiene reasons, our 7-year guarantee excludes duvets from coverage. Duvets cannot be repaired or replaced under this guarantee.

  • Care Instructions: Damage resulting from neglect of the care instructions provided with the product is not covered. Please refer to the sewn-in care label for proper laundering and maintenance guidelines.

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including signs of use over time, is not covered under this guarantee. This includes damage from excessive washing/drying, external abrasion, or general aging of the fabric.

  • Misuse: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, pets, disasters, or exposure to unsanitary conditions or excessive elements is not covered.

  • Fit Issues: Issues arising from improper fit for mattresses or pillows are not covered. Ensure that the bedding you purchase is suitable for your specific caravan or motorhome model.

  • Printed Products: For products with printed designs, color fading over time is a natural occurrence and is not covered by the guarantee.

How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under our 7-year guarantee, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@tuckmeunder.co.uk) with your proof of purchase or order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item (excluding duvets) and processing the claim.

Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover any costs associated with the return or repair process beyond the initial defect.
