All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Every parcel is fully tracked, and tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves us.

All of our products are handmade to order in our workshop.

Standard bespoke production: approximately 3 weeks before dispatch

Expedited production: dispatched within 7 working days

During peak seasons (spring and summer), we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid delays.

We’re often asked this, so we want to be completely transparent.

Unlike mass-produced bedding, every Tuck Me Under order is made to order. Your bedding is cut, sewn, packed and dispatched individually — often in larger, heavier parcels than standard home bedding.

Delivery charges reflect:

• Secure, tracked shipping for bulky, made-to-measure items

• Protective packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition

• The true cost of shipping bespoke products safely, rather than averaging costs across mass orders

Instead of hiding delivery costs in our product prices, we choose to price honestly and transparently — so you only pay for what your order actually requires.

  Bespoke bedding isn’t taken from a shelf. Ordering ahead avoids peak-season delays and gives you the widest choice of fabrics.

• Choose expedited production only if you genuinely need it
  If you have a fixed trip date, priority production is ideal. Otherwise, standard production offers the best value.

• Order everything for one bed at the same time
  This ensures fabric consistency and avoids multiple delivery charges.

• Ask us if you’re unsure
  If you’re ordering for the first time, changing vans, or working to a deadline, we’re happy to advise before you order.

Doppelbett-Bettdeckensets ohne „Tuck Me Under“-Option sind ca. 200 cm breit und passen sich der allgemeinen Form Ihres Bettes an. Sie werden standardmäßig mit 2 passenden Kissenbezügen geliefert.

Tuck Me Under-Bettdeckensets sind breiter als Standard

Wenn Sie jedoch eine bestimmte Größe der Bettdecke und/oder des Bezugs benötigen, senden Sie uns einfach eine E-Mail an enquiries@tuckmeunder.co.uk oder rufen Sie uns unter 0333 772 1038 an.
