Order Processing & Production

All of our bedding is made to order, specifically for your caravan or motorhome.

  • Orders are typically processed and manufactured within 4–5 weeks
  • This timeframe begins from the date your order is placed
  • During busy periods, this may extend slightly — we will always aim to keep you informed

We do not hold stock of made-to-order items. Each product is manufactured specifically for you.


Priority Production (if applicable)

Where available, priority production options may be offered.

  • These allow selected items to be produced more quickly
  • Availability may vary depending on workload and product type

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before ordering.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is complete:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email
  • Tracking details will be provided where available
  • Orders are shipped using trusted courier services

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Mainland: 1–3 working days

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that a safe place is available

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missed deliveries
  • Courier access issues

Delays

While we always aim to meet our stated production and delivery times:

  • Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, supplier issues, or courier disruptions
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays.


Split Deliveries

Where an order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be dispatched separately depending on production timelines
  • This ensures you receive available items as soon as possible

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels

If you believe your order has not been delivered:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate

We cannot raise claims with couriers until their investigation process allows.


International Orders (if applicable)

For orders outside the UK:

  • Delivery times will vary depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges
